Launching CodLite: From the lead to the cash. One screen.

Today we're announcing CodLite — the simplest way to run a Cash-on-Delivery e-commerce business.

Why we built it

In many markets, the bulk of online orders are still paid in cash to the driver. That single fact changes everything. You can't run your business on tools designed for Stripe + UPS. You need phone confirmation before shipping — or you hand it to a service that confirms for you. You split deliveries across multiple providers because each one is strong in a different region. And you reconcile the cash that comes back days later against what the orders actually collected.

Sellers stitch this themselves: a sheet for orders, WhatsApp for the call list, a notebook for cash, another sheet for ad spend, a third for media-buyer commissions. It works until you cross a couple hundred orders a day.

What CodLite ships today

• One inbox for every order. Orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, YouCan, Lightfunnels, Storeep, Google Sheets, your own API, or a CSV land in the same place. Deduped by phone and name.
• Confirmation queue with auto-retry. Your team works one screen: ring the customer, log the answer, move on. Unreachable numbers get retried up to three times the same day.
• Per-product service routing. Choose which fulfillment services deliver each product and what percentage of orders each one gets. Per-country shipping rates and exchange-rate overrides so you always know the margin.
• COD reconciliation. Every dollar the driver hands over — or your fulfillment service settles — is compared against what was expected. Shortfalls flagged the same day, broken down by driver, route, or service.
• Per-market confirmation mode. Some services confirm orders on your behalf. CodLite lets you set "we confirm" or "the service confirms" per market, and the pipeline routes itself accordingly.
• OCR receipts. Snap a photo of an invoice; CodLite reads the amount, date, vendor, and ties it to a financial entry.
• Media buyers + commissions. Plug in affiliates who promote your products today. Track every commission, settle on delivery.
• White-label. 11 colors, your logo, your favicon, your CNAME. Your customers should never know CodLite exists.

What's next

CodLite supports any country and any currency you configure. Add a market and CodLite picks it up — no fixed list. Marketplace, where sellers list winning products for other sellers' media buyers to pick up and run ads, is in private preview. Full cross-org affiliate mode unlocks with marketplace.
