Data Deletion

Effective date: 10 July 2026

You can disconnect any service you linked to CodLite and request deletion of the data we hold at any time. This page explains how, including the data CodLite obtained from Meta (Facebook) and TikTok. For the full picture of what we store, see our Privacy Policy.

Remove Meta (Facebook) data

  1. In CodLite, open Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect next to Meta (Facebook) Ads. This immediately revokes CodLite's access and stops future syncs.
  2. You can also remove CodLite from Meta directly: go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select CodLite, and remove it.
  3. On disconnection we delete the ad-spend and insights data we pulled from your Meta account within 30 days, except where we must keep records to meet a legal obligation.

If you cannot access your account, email contact@codlite.com from the address on file with the subject "Meta data deletion" and we will complete the deletion and confirm within 30 days.

Remove TikTok data

  1. In CodLite, open Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect next to TikTok Ads to revoke access and stop syncs.
  2. You can also revoke authorization from your TikTok Ads / Business account settings, under connected apps.
  3. On disconnection we delete the spend and reporting data we pulled from your TikTok account within 30 days, except where a legal obligation requires retention.

Delete your entire CodLite account

  1. Open Settings → Security and choose Delete account, or email contact@codlite.com with the subject "Delete my account".
  2. We will verify your identity, then permanently delete or anonymize your account and its associated data within 30 days.
  3. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, invoices for tax and accounting). We will tell you what, if anything, we must keep and why.

Response time

We acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete them within 30 days. If a request will take longer, we will let you know why and when it will be done.
